Who we are
TalentVia is a recruitment platform for construction. We help carpenters, bricklayers, tilers, HVAC installers and other tradespeople find work that suits them, self-employed (ZZP) or on payroll.
At the same time, we help contractors and construction companies that are short of hands. They tell us what they need; we find tradespeople from the region who fit the project and are genuinely keen on it.
We combine smart technology with personal contact. A digital assistant collects the practical information, so our recruiters can spend their time on what really matters: a good conversation and the right match.
